A fter rising to fame during the 1970s for its unique garment-dyeing process and technical innovation, C.P. Company has since found itself at the forefront of streetwear and sportswear fashion alike. Often characterised by its goggle lens motif, C.P. has now become one of the most recognisable brands on the market, and with its newfound streetwear audience, it seems the only way is up from here.

While C.P. and Stone Island were both started by Massimo Osti and once upon a time brother companies, the two now share no notable links other than their history. This dissimilarity also extends to the two's sizing, so don't be fooled into believing the brand will fit the same as Stone Island!

We've tapped our product specialists for all their tips, tricks and opinions when it comes to getting the best out of each garment. So before you buy, make sure to read the following guide below!

C.P. Company uses a variety of European-constructed silhouettes, so don't be surprised if your certain garments, such as tees, hoodies and sweats fit smaller than anticipated! If you don't mind close to a slim fit, we would recommend taking your regular size. However, if you are more inclined to a relaxed or roomy fit, you might want to size up.

"Pretty well, in honesty! I have one of the Lens Down Shell Puffer Jackets and I took my regular size because of the shape. For other pieces, I might be inclined to size up, just so I have a few more layering options in the wintertime."

"Considering it's a down jacket, it doesn't really get much better. Its super-soft inner lining combined with quality materials makes it a pleasure to wear. Form, function and style are the first three things that come to mind when I think of my C.P. jacket!"

"As it's a winter piece, it's all about layering! I usually wear some kind of contrasting underlayer, such as a sweatshirt or a tee, so I can wear it open. On the bottom, I'll usually wear a slim-cut pair of jeans and usually some kind of Nike SB Dunk on the feet!"

"I've got quite a wider build, so I've noticed that both my hoodies and sweats fit a tad more on the slim side in comparison to the other brands in my wardrobe. In the future, I'm likely going to size up when I next cop."

"Yeah, for sure. My C.P. Company pieces are amongst some of my favourites in my collection when it comes to hoodies and sweats! They're usually constructed from soft and quality cotton, so I have no complaints."

"Even with hoodies and sweats, I'm a fan of layering. Underneath, I'll wear a contrasting T-Shirt, which I'll make slightly visible at the upper layer's hem to break up the look. On my lower layers you'll usually catch me wearing baggy pants 90% of the time, so cargos or work pants are my go-to. On the feet, it's either an Air Force 1 or a pair of Air Jordan 1 Highs!"

"My C.P. Company tee fits like a dream, but on the downside, it is a little bit thin on the construction side of things. If the cotton was a bit heavier it would likely be one of my favourite pieces in my wardrobe."
