First time use:
First flex the metal disc inside the pad, the special liquid gel will starts to crystallize. Press the pad gently until all the gel has solidified.
The pad can reach 43C and can stay warm for up to 20 minutes.
Usage
Fold the metal disc inside the pack, it will be warm at once, apply it to the desired body.
HOW TO Reuse
Put the hand warmer into the boiling water for five minutes until the crystals have completely dissolved until the pack cool down before reusing.
